Hey, guys, what’s up, good morning? Hope you had a great weekend. Nan is back from. New York brought over some nice gift. She brought me this nice speaker ten times better than the old Jam box that I had really good sound and also this book that I wanted for a while. Now how to use graphic design to sell things, explain things, make things look better make people laugh, make people cry and every once in a while, change the world, It’s by Michael Barrett. If you don’t know him. He is kind of a famous designer, and he’s been a partner in Pentagram for 25 years. Pentagram is one of the biggest and most successful design studios in the world. So it’s kind of interesting. It’s a long book, so I kind of challenged myself to read one chapter every morning before I get the work started today, kind of had time, so I got to go over two chapters and one of them. He was kind of show showing all of his notebooks and kind of telling his process of working with sketchbook, and it kind of reminded me that I also I never throw a sketchbook, and I always try to keep them and it’s really fun to, you know, go over one from like, ten years ago. This one from my time, it open and kind of see my notes from the time all my sketches, and it’s fun because a lot of times you have great ideas that you know you, you end up not using, so it’s fun to get some new ideas anyway, gonna start in the morning in our usual new school meeting, so heading out so hot today. So over the last few days, we’ve been gathering a lot of feedback from better testers of Prospero or new product, and I wanted to share with you, how we collect our feedback and kind of plan what we want to do next. So we are currently using product called intercom to collect and manage feedback and what happens is when people log into the product. They get this kind of a chat message, and they actually see my face and everything click. They kind of start a chat with me where I tell them. Please tell me what you think. And they write feedback here and over in my end. I get here at the intercom interface all the conversation with all the users who have been sending feedback, you guys. Thanks so much for being very helpful, so right now. I’m gonna go and run over all the feedbacks. I’ve been answering a lot of you, guys, but I haven’t kind of documented all the issues that you were writing about, and a lot of you guys were mentioning a lot of the UX stuff that doesn’t work too well, and I’m very well aware of that, but my goal right now is actually not trying to fix all the bad you acts and bad design decision that I’ve made, but I’m actually trying to improve the value of the product so that we can lunch it as soon as possible. So my goal here is to run over the feedback and try to find not every problem, but things that if I will improve them and or fix them will make the product more valuable, not better experience but more valuable. So that’s what I’m going to do right now. All right, so let me show you what? I’ve done up! Create this dock where I’ve kind of listed all the problems, current problems and suggestions in the product. As you can see. There’s a lot of them and then. I’ve kind of put here what I want to do in Cycle 1 which is only two weeks to add more value and fix some uux issues, so the process of choosing them is very painful Because I know that some things currently suck and I wish I could fix everything right now, but that would probably take like 3-4 months of work fixing everything, so in order to our goal is to lunch this within four weeks. So in order to do that, you really have to focus on. What are the most you know, number? One probably already think that you think will make this product successful, so it was really hard to choose. But I hope I’ve made a good job. I will send this now to my partners and we’ll have a discussion about this. I’m pretty sure I was going to tell me that what I have. There is going to take more than two weeks and then we’re gonna have to. You know, hustle about it, and but I think. I hope everything will be fine well. I have two more things I want to share with you so yesterday. I received a very moving and emotional email from Tara, who was super kind and sent me a gift. She sent me a Spotify gift card and just to say thank you for the vlogs and for the new school stuff which helped her, You know, in her freelance business and I was so moved because you know, this is the nicest thing somebody has ever done for me, you know? I mean, Internet wise, you know, in the in making friends digitally on Youtube and on, you know, other projects and you know, having impacting other people’s life and them being so grateful that they said you give this. I think it’s crazy, and she sent me a really nice video that I was really moved. So I just want to say thank you so much. Tara, it’s it’s not even about. You know, the gift or the monetary value. It’s just that you saying. Thanks, really kind of made my day, and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate that one last thing I was thinking about the you know, name of this book how to change the world with graphic design. Come on, that is not a quick date, and I don’t know what a clickbait title is. You know if that book would be called. I don’t know the life of Michael Beirut or the story of Michael Berry. Of course. I wouldn’t buy this and they put a great title on this book. Which, of course, is a clickbait because this book is not going to teach you how to change the world, but it’s you know, it doesn’t matter because if this book is great and so far, it was great then. I’m glad it the title intrigued me into getting it, and they fooled me, but I’m happy about it, so go with awesome. Click baits. If the content is awesome, that’s all for today.
